Android • Rpi4 won't boot to konstaKANG's android tv 14 lineage21 os

Hi, I have a Rpi4 B+? i think? it's a 4 though, it has 8gb of ram and a Sd card size of 64gb, I recently got a tv for my room and wanted to make it smart (ya know with apps and stuff), I didn't like Kodi media centre much because of all the work and confusion it is to add apps to it. its also confusing to navigate all the menus. I looked up tutorials on smart TVs with the Pi, I found a good tutorial on installing konstaKANG's custom lineage OS 21 on the pi4, i followed the instructions taking the img.zip folder and flashing to the Sd card and then moving the GApps.zip file to a USB with 16-32gb of space. after doing said instructions I proceeded to plug in all accessories including the Sd card, and USB drive, after doing so the Pi proceeded to boot, but once the tv turned on and after it started, it had text on the screen and the Pi logo, It was extremely different from what the guy showed to do in his video. apparently the pi was supposed to boot into android tv 14 just fine and have set up and stuff like that. but instead I got a boot menu like screen I will post photos of what's happening. also the guy doesn't tell me to extract my files I don't even know if I'm supposed to extract them anyways. yeah so that happened, I tried formatting, re-installing, trying other builds, using different imagers etc. I still cannot get it to work! I don't know what to do and what I'm doing wrong. I'd appreciate if someone could tell me what to do and how to do it.
(oh also I'll try to describe the screens of what I saw if I can't put up a photo, basicly it was text and the Pi logo, (on boot) saying network boot etc, also the second screen I saw was one that has the Pi logo and it said "trying to boot from USB MSD"? forgot the rest of it but yeah thats what I saw)
