Shouldn't your config be like this instead?

Haven't done it before but the error seems to suggest to me that having the dtparams on the second line isn't working.

I have noticed most people list one CAN-one line. I'm vusually impaired and in order to keep things tidy without left to right scroll. I read this is legal particularly if you go over 80 characters.
When this didn’t work I did try 2 one liners... no go...
