I found the issue was something to do with my VSCode plugin

I was wondering where that "or .help for custom vREPL commands" was coming from.

My guess is "!!SerialException!!" is from whatever serves as a terminal connection to the Pico, that it's getting confused when the USB serial disappears when the Pico reboots on 'machine.reset()'.
