Have you tried altering the minimum and maximum pulse width parameters to suit the servo?hitec 646WP servo

the servo.min() and servo.max() commands only move 1/2 way (45 degrees) in either direction from center ( servo can move 90)
Would rather use the pi3 PWM solution but it wont move this servo.
