Once I symlinked the Eduke32 build into the Desktop menu with a nice Duke Nukem 3D icon, that fixed the mouselook issue. Don't ask me how, but mouselook works now. The game is perfectly functional and is actually the branch for mobile devices giving full functionality for the Raspberry Pi GPU and even devices such as Wii and Android devices if you build with the Android SDK. It functions on my Android phone as well. Lol
