Beginners • Can't get composite video output working.

I'm using a model 4B raspberry pi, hooked up via an RCA to composite adapter to an LG TV. When I plug in the raspberry pi nothing happens on the monitor. I haven't even been able to debug anything since that requires a screen, and that's the problem I'm trying to debug. Honestly, I don't even know if the raspberry pi is even properly loading the OS on the SD card. I've tried using recovery.bin just in case. The pi is powered by the official power supply. I tried to add the following lines in config.txt:
But it didn't appear to do anything. I have other monitors but I do not have a micro HD cable with which to plug them in.
