I'm planning to use a screen in the front of my case that is 14" 1920+1080 FHD, will the Zero 2 W be powerful enough to play video files smoothly on the screen?

It's a WIP but the screen is going to go in the front window at the top. I've got some mini HDMI flat cables from aliexpress, I have a Pi4 also but I'm thinking about room inside the case and a Zero inside an aluminium case would take up much less space.
Speaking of which, do I need ground the Zero in any kind of metal case since i'm putting inside my PC case? like, wrap it in electrical tape or something?
