Hi,everyone,
I bought a new global shutter camera do some research.
I access the camera through realVNC, through a RJ45 wire connect the pi 3B+ with my notebook.
then I run $rpicam-hello --timeout 0 command to open the camera.
But the preview window is flashed to dark every 15 fps,sometimes 30 fps.as my video recorded below.My rolling camera is not like this.And I tried bullseye OS and bookworm OS,there is no difference.
