Do we need a small UPS, says, two 16500 Li cells? on eBay for 10 to 25 euro? No need to run after AC power loss. Just need to do an orderly shutdown.

Will DataBase manager help to skip UPS? Will SQLite, OpenTSDB (standard option with Garfana) ensure that write is complete or else will roll back to a known point in time when power resume? So that data prior to power cut will be intact while some very recent update near power cut will be lost.
Where can we set Pi OS or the DataBasee to frequent flush to disk? This will slow the system a bit but is fast enough. Weather logging happens once per minutes and data is, says, 100 to 200 bytes.
