Try setting up a new SD Card (try to use a wired keyboard) then try it without the keyboard dongle and disk and see if it reboots.
If not add the mouse / keyboard back and see if it reboots.
If not add the drive back and see if it reboots.
If not you have a software issue - if it does then you have a power supply issue or possible faulty Pi. Simplest is a new Pi supply (buy original if you can).
