Another quirk I just discovered was that while I was able to ping a host.local, Chrome could not find it until I left the browser sitting for 10 seconds then it found it. So some caching issue there.
I see there are a number of mDNS tools that I will explore. I think they will simply show when a host has a problem but worth checking https://www.google.com/search?q=mdns+ma ... e&ie=UTF-8
@bensimmoI would look at that wireless mesh infrastructure of yours and see if special configuration is required to make mDNS work across cells
Only one of the two networks have mesh. Like @ebensimmo, I don't have any options for mDNS management.I have three setups, neither of them work well with mDNS. TPlinks problem. There are negligible setting available for anything
