Not really, no.

Depending on which model Pi you have you could install and boot from a USB drive instead (3B or later required).

There is PINN that allows multiple OS on one drive but I believe that would require you to reflash youe SD card too.

What DS256 said. Volumio is a complete OS. You don't need RPiOS (or anything else) on the SD card to boot it.

It appears that Volumio includes everything including the OS. It will overwrite whatever is on the SD card. You are best to get another SD card for Volumio
