And please do not tell me to buy the official power supply because it is "very cheap". We have been over this before.
I do understand where you are coming from but the issue, if you don't, is other PD supplies may not be as performant as hoped for, as you and others have found.

Pragmatically it is buy an official PD supply, find a third-party PD PSU which will deliver and allow warranty return if it doesn't, or take a gamble which may or may not pay off.
My impression is that a USB PD supply not made for the Pi 5 will not have a 5V 5A mode.

Fortunately there are a number of third-party wall warts designed for the Pi 5. However, I've not seen anything designed for simultaneously powering multiple Pi computers. In that case it appears one needs a do-it-yourself solution.
