Probably including the UK. The UK Government hasn't completely abandoned UKCA but the Conservative government under Sunak's leadership stepped back from mandating it as a replacement for CE marking and conformity post-Brexit.Except in UK, right?
But, yes, like every non-EU member state, the UK could decide, what the EU believes is good for member states and their citizens, isn't appropriate for the UK or hers.
