I have the same problem now on my Raspberry Pi 400 running latest Raspi OS (Bookworm I think). I have done an update recently, and again yesterday when the message came up. There may be no connection but in the last couple of days, Youtube videos won't play. The following message comes up: " ! (in a circle) An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID:HldCFqM-hc1s-byL)"
No other problems encountered. Aisleriot Solitaire plays. Internet access is fine - just can't play videos on Youtube.
Searched RaspberryPi.com for error msg and got nada.
Any suggestions?
