Wanted • Help wanted to repair a Rpi 5

When using a flat screwdriver to detach the active cooler, I scrapped off a smd component. Not sure, what it is, for me looks like a mos-fet? Dunno... And as if that wasn't bad enough, one of the solder pads also tore off...
Can anyone tell me what this component is and, if possible, where to buy it?
What I can say, that the device works afaik ok, but only the GBit-LAN doesn't work really, it does a several kBit connection. I couldn't really use it. So the ripped off component does some good to the LAN if its there, where it should be...

I added two photos, in the 1st one I marked yellow the component, which is same and on the red marked location the same component is missing. One can clearly see the scratch-marks and that I Installed now antother active cooling fan again (the plastic-pin upper-right side, which looks like flux... ):
