I tried that and nothing changed; lsblk and lspci show the same thing.
Worth trying to tell your Pi it is powered by a 5A capable PSUaddCode:
sudo rpi-eeprom-config -esave the file and rebootCode:
PSU_MAX_CURRENT=5000
