After the latest update to Chromium, hardware acceleration is totally gone. It is "on" in the settings.
I have completely uninstalled and then reinstalled Chromium-browser to no avail. Even changing "flags" (ignore software rendering list) does not bring it back. Without hw acceleration, google maps or google earth does not work in 3d (which was essential for me).
Why did this happen and how can i fix it?
