You may get some really off the wall answers... My uses are fairly simple. I have three Pi4Bs set up to run the backend of a convention registration system. Two of them are a primary and secondary server. The third is a test server. I'm currently using a Pi5B for miscellaneous web browsing, mostly sites that limit how much you can read (I set Chromium to delete all cookies on exit, which acts as a reset for those sites). I'll be taking that Pi5B for my own use for accessing the ConReg servers at the convention--next weekend (Yikes!)--and another one for the person running the Pre-Reg desk to use similarly. What other basic stuff yall use yours for?
There are a set of Pi2Bs that get used by the people who help, out at ConReg entering at-the-door memberships.
At the convention, there are a set of six Pi400s for people to look up con activities, plus an additional Pi400 for the Information Desk to use.
Once the RPL releases the M.2 add on board, I'll be migrating the ConReg system to Pi5B boards, mostly because I expect to mount a small nVME drive inside the case and use the fact that the Pi5B has an RTC.
I have a Pi2B with an RPL 7" display that serves as my alarm clock, and a duplicate system to use whenever I travel.
So...nothing really exciting.
