I wasn't thinking of copying the SoundBridge's shape at all. It sometimes has an amazing ability to overheat, despite being made from solid metal.
OLEDs fade. They'd be blank within a couple of years.
Also, I wasn't planning to build from scratch. Surely someone has made such an add-on already?
