Easy hack yes.i was just hard-rebooting my pi5, when i discovered a hack
"red" light passes thru the body easily, so if you cover the led with your finger, it glows
"green" light gets absorbed by the body, so your finger doesnt glow
But the red led light just sits there doing nothing. So make it blink the entire time the Pi is up and running. When it shuts down the blinking stops. If nothing is blinking = it received a shutdown command = pull the plug.
Though is should be easy enough to release new firmware that restore the 10 blinks after it shuts down in a future patch.
