I concur with the other. It sounds like hardware.

Did you spill something on the keyboard? The sort of "clustered" failure is exactly what tends to happen if you do.

There are techniques that you can try to attempt to clean the keyboard...they often work with traditional, mechanical keyboards; but I've not found them to be very successful with the sort of membrane keyboards that the Pi uses.

Have you got access to another keyboard that you can try?
