No actual data provided, just marketing blabla 45W (that's 9A @ 5V). Can you post a picture of the spec sheet/labeling on the PSU where it shows which output voltages/currents are negotiable?
Power up your Pi5 without a bootable media (no uSD, no NVMe with OS etc) and post a picture of your boot diagnostics screen.
I'm interrested in seeing the red marked output

my Pi5 8GB is overclocked to 2.9GHz with the official cooler. I've never seen any issue with it under full load (i.e. When compiling linux kernel from source).

Would also recommend checking your logs for NVMe errors.
Sure, I will grab that info momentarily. I can also post the code I managed to grab before it completely froze up on me
