for a recent project i required a os with decent touch navigation support , and the only 2 os which seemed to giving a display out to the raspberry pi touch display 2 was raspberry pi os and ubuntu , touch seems to working great on pi os but it is not designed around to be navigated using a touch screen , atleast at its current stage, where as ubuntu with gnome have great touch support , it is much more touch friendly but as soon as ubuntu is installed and rebooted the touch input of the touch display 2 seems to be stop detecting / functioning
it got me wondering why?, seemed like a driver issue but there are no official drivers for the touch display 2 well atleast i wasn't able to find anything of that sort . does anyone have any idea how to get it working?
or am i the only one get this issue??
or install gnome to raspberry pi os (i tried a couple of ways to do the that but the installation was not usable , kept freezing crashing or sometimes not even booting , it was not usable )
