How do you judge that? As long as your PSU did not negotitate 5A capability or you've added appropriate commands you will end up with 3A - even if your PSU can deliver 1000A..
The problems aren't related to the power supply as I don't have any "Undervoltage Detected" error and the power supply is powerful enough.
