The issue has been persisiting for months, prior to turning up the voltage. If the PSU dropped the voltage, it would also do so on other Pis as well, wouldn't it? Not to mention that it's highly unlikely for a 10A PSU to not be able to supply enough current. I don't have access to a scope.
