Raspberry Pi 400 and 500 • Re: RPi 500, no M.2

This product was NEVER intended to have an M.2 slot it in.

Was watching the Pi500 take apart video again

and just realized that it is quite a coincidence that the big metal heatsink that looks designed to fit Pi500 perfectly is cut like that where the M2 slot is. I guess there must be some logical explanation for a product never intended to have M2 slot to have such cutout there.
