Curiously, the Xeon E5-2680v4 has four memory channels while that Huwei motherboard has six slots. Fido likes how it says "SuperComputer" in big letters on the heat spreader.Regarding cheap systems, I bought a 28C/56T server for slightly more than a 4GB Pi5:

The reason for low price was "no RAM/no HDDs", but those can be added as needed.
A single 16GB ECC memory module for less than 20 USD, instead from HDD the system can boot from USB stick for early testing.
