sure no one has told you so Image may be NSFW.I think I found a workaround myself; xinput list showed TSTP MTouch with id 6
I then executed;
xinput map-to-output 6 HDMI-2
That fixed the swapped X & Y. It would be nice if the same could be done from the UI though.
