I'm using windows 10.
I've followed a few guides and videos. The rpiboot tool says it is waiting for the device but I don't even get any usb connection sound or devices showing in device manager when the CM is plugged in. I would expect something but get nothing. Tried several ports and cables.
The continuous green flashing happens regardless of the usb boot setting on the i/o boards.
