I'm using stock power supply that came with the unit and all peripherals are the same as 2 years ago. I wasn't getting anything when I booted without the SD card (not even the diagnostics).
Turns out I was barking up the wrong tree. It's my monitor that wasn't working. LOL @ me. I switched some things around and the RPi4 works and I got the monitor working too. Thanks to both of you for taking time to reply.
