Yeah, browsers (especially Chrome, in some cases) can be resource intensive. I mostly use my Zero 2 W for HATs and those kinds of projects.I think many people equate running a GUI with running a browser. After all, if you can't watch YouTube and have 17 tabs open and do Facebook all at once, you might as well just be running DOS, right?
The point is that if you don't run a browser, the memory requirements of X by itself are pretty low.
