My limited perception in ... how hard is to ask for it to keep an ethernet connection? is that it comes down to which direction you are talking about. I was having problems connecting to one of my PI Zero's until I disbled power management. At the same time, it was not having issues making outbound calls which means it triggered the PM off where my inbound connection request hit the WIFI PM disabled state. At least this is the behavior I observed.I have a pi3 that drops the ethernet connection on a regular basis and I've had these issues with zeros, 3s, and 4s. Gonna try some of this stuff but how hard is to ask for it to keep an ethernet connection? These are the only devices on any of my lans that experience this issue.
