I updated this morning. With libliftoff on or off and vc4.force_hotplug=1 or not in cmdline.txt the monitor blanks but comes back on in 2 seconds after wlr-randr --output HDMI-A-1 --off.Could you see if disabling libliftoff solves the issue? The option is in raspi-config, advanced options, libliftoff, then reboot for the option to take effect.
