thoughts:
1) dont run NOOBS. It's ancient and i believe no longer supported.
2) get another SD card, and try the latest version of PI-OS. (get at least 32G)
the latest (if you install desktop and recommended applications) installs both Chromium and firefox. I use my PI5 to stream, and both work.
