It's a little bit more complicated:
A pattern of 0xCCCCCC (1100 1100 1100 1100 1100 1100) would disable validity of KEY5, I guess.
OTP_DATA: KEY5_VALID Register Offset: 0xf7d is using bits 0, 8, and 16Bit 0 of the row read address selects either the first or second ROM calibration word (0x333333 or 0xcccccc) for any guarded read, and is validated accordingly
