I have recently experienced two anomalies that may be related or caused by two connections.
One, a Python script that uses the time library has worked flawlessly with only a single connection via Ethernet. Now with two connections, the script reports inaccurate elapsed time possibly due to the two connections updating system time via NTP in some conflicting manner.
Two, Raspberry Pi Connect often failed to discover the presence of my RPi on the network. When I turned off the WiFi connection, it was discovered.
I have since disabled WiFi, and use Ethernet exclusively. I will keep my eyes open.
