Troubleshooting • Raspios failing to install programs

Hi , I have installed Raspios Bookworm on a Raspberry Pi model B in a headless fashion. I am connected via Ethernet while I try and get Wifi working.

It fails to install programs and gets into a loop trying. Here is a copy of the terminal output for installing the Mosquitto program, as an example. I don't know where I have gone wrong. I think that the system did initially update. Thanks for any help or advice.

I do not know what these 'lgn' things refer to.
