I would recommend thinking in terms of sectors (4KB) because that is the minimum erase size.
If one thinks in pages then the E10 Fix only uses the last page in Flash which makes it tempting to imagine the page before that can be used for user data but that will be erased whenever the sector holding the E10 Fix is erased.
