Thanks a lot for your reply. In first setup: Rasp OS, docker( pihole, dnscrypt-proxy) both dockers working on network_mode: host and ı just change dns-crypt's 53 port to 5053 and pihole listen port to 127.0.0.1#5053 and works perfect except OVM
.
In second attempt: Clean install rasp os, OMV (docker-compose plugin).
When I install pihole it shows random virtual ip adress IPv4 172.18.0.2 @ eth0
My Network: 172.16.0.1/24
Should I use macvlan? For example, should I define an IP address like 172.16.0.253 to pihole and leave the port settings as default? How will dnscrypt-proxy work in this structure? Should I give dnscrypt-proxy an IP of 172.16.0.252 and run it in macvlan again or can I give it the same IP address? It has become a complicated structure and I think I will lose performance due to IP forwarding. What is your suggestion?
