All the cheap ones are all the same design. An Analog Devices ADuM USB isolator chip and an isolated 5V DC-DC converter. The DC-DC converter can supply ~100mA.
If you want a better source than random seller on Amazon/eBay then Adafruit make one as well. You'll pay 3x for it though.
