Seems unlikely to me. The price differences across the existing line-up are consistently just under £5 per GB, so a 1GB model would only be £4 to £5 cheaper than the 2GB.Dear all,
Does anybody here know whether we will get a cheaper, 1 GB RAM, version of Raspberry Pi 5, as suggested by the Pi 5's PCB, and maybe when ?

I do see the point of it -- the Lite OS only uses a small fraction of a GB, and for many users 1GB would be more than enough. But a lot of people for whom 1GB would be enough would likely "future-proof" and buy the 2GB anyway if it's only £5 more.
