I don't know where I'm going wrong here. I got myself a PICO 2W, installing the firmware is a bit of a nightmare
Admittedly, when first connecting the pico, I didn't hold the button. I have tried to follow the instructions on this video, but the firmware file uf2 keeps disappearing, and doesn't disconnect

So how do I setup the Pico 2W?
