If you have no signal of all four displays, then there won't be a software fix for this.I've really spent way too much time on something that should be working out of the box. If there is an upgrade in the future that fixes whatever the problem is then great otherwise I'm just going to use it headless.
The only explanation is a faulty hdmi cable or a faulty Pi.
