deepo, thanks!!!
I finally had time this weekend to start on this. Managed to get the OS installed - although having issues with AnyDesk but I'm sure it's a firewall/routing issue - and have the USB Mic and the speaker working so I'm ready to start on the project itself.
Starting on your suggestions: I already have an account on git so that's easy. I created a directory in /home/pi and cloned the git repo. Even did it both https and cli and the second one said it already exists so that's a good thing.
Looking at the python environment, I think I can probably follow that but I'm wondering if it matters where the venv is created? Should it be in the same general area of the git? Inside the git directory? Want to make it as simple and standard as possible to minimize the risk of me doing something not quite right and things not working down the line. Suggestions?
Thanks again!!!!!
