Very strange. They all appear correct, yet in you first post you gotI tried from Win 11, Ubuntu, and Raspberry PI bookworm and all gave the same result,

Which is the IP address of your router. It's almost as if the router is blocking http traffic to deb.debian.org, but allowing pings to go through. Firewall perhaps?Err:1 http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm InRelease

What do you get if you try to download one of the files manually?
