I'd need to see the configuration for the hotspot that you created. These files are in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/*.nmconnectionThat was my guess, that the bridge was enforcing it. I just used the GUI and it was created automatically without any input from me besides the SSID name and password. Do you know how I would go about disabling the bridge on the generated hotspot? I'm a fairly adept programmer and sys admin, but I'm unfortunately not a network admin, so we've reached my weak point in system maintenance.

I don't use the GUI but can probably provide you with some correct nmcli commands...
