I can not get to a proper boot from my SD card. I've made a Raspberry Pi OS (32-bit) image on a 64GB microSD card and inserted it into the SD card slot of a new Raspberry Pi Compute Module (4) IO Board, which has a CM4 Lite module (CM4002008) plugged in.
Here's the OS that I put on the SD card
If I don't have a jumper on the disable eMMC boot, I get the following:
D1=red
D2=green
If I do have the jumper, I only see a blank screen, D1=red, D2=off
I have also checked U18 Pin 5 and see 3.3V.
What could be going wrong?
