The problem you're having is that it's simply not designed for the high-intensity, continuous read/write operations that the Kubernetes control plane (with `etcd` or `sqlite` for k3s) and logging processes impose. Switch your Raspberry Pi 4 to boot from a USB SSD or NVMe drive.
