Compute Module • Kingston 1TB SSD NOT working on soft reboot with CM4 soft reboot running on letest Bookworm OS

Dear Raspbery PI Team,

I am using 1B SSD with CM4 letest bookworm OS.
On power reboot SSD is detecting and working perfectly but of software reboot I am not getting SSD detection an lspci output is coming blank on soft reboot.

I have two kisgston 1TB SSD one is china make and on is taiwan make china make.
China make is working all the condition like soft reboot and power reboot but taiwan make is not working on soft reboot.

Could you please help me understand what will be the issue - I tried for Multiple SSD more then 4?

China Make : Not working on soft reboot but working on hardware reboot
Taiwan Make: woking on soft reboot as well as power reboot
